Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any product, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges or Store Credit
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item ,once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or a store credit.
Any cost involving a product exchange is at the buyer's expense.
Refunds
Please choose carefully as we do not refund. We only do exchanges or store credit.
Some of our products are handcrafted, and in many cases are one-off pieces. As such, no two items are ever identical, and some have imperfections.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the goods being exchanged appear to have been damaged or used.
-All defective or damaged products must be reported to The Pot Warehouse within 48hrs of pick up or delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to check for any damage or defect upon receiving the goods.
-There is a no refund or return policy on sale items/gift cards/or change of mind.
-If a return is accepted a store credit will be issued. Any cost incurred involving the product exchange is at the buyer's expense.
